Our workshop is a beacon of hope for women in Guzara District, offering training in various crafts and food production. We believe in the power of community and the importance of empowering women to take charge of their futures.

Since our establishment in 2019, Banowan Qaychi Tala has made significant strides in empowering women through education and employment. We have successfully launched over 100 training classes, with 25 cohorts graduating and entering the workforce. Our diverse activities span traditional embroidery, dressmaking, and food production, all aimed at fostering self-sufficiency and cultural preservation. By engaging with local communities and addressing social challenges, we strive to create a supportive environment where women can thrive and contribute positively to society.
